Argyle Agency is a communications and media agency operating in the UAE and Portugal. For any question about your data, write to hello@argyle-agency.com.
What we collect
When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, company, website, markets of interest and your message.
If you tick the marketing opt-in box, we also keep your email address to send occasional notes from Argyle. The opt-in is separate from your enquiry and is unticked by default.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you and, if you asked for it, to prepare a proposal. We use opt-in email addresses only to send the notes you asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies
This site uses no non-essential cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers at launch.
Your rights
Where EU/Portuguese law applies, you can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and you can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by writing to hello@argyle-agency.com.
When we run community management for a client, we act on their behalf as a processor: their privacy notice explains how their community's data is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with our client records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
